賀泉，1958年1月生 ，漢族，藝名，泉聲，號閑鶴散人，又稱南國古城山人，安徽省宿松縣南國古城(趾鳳鄉月丹村)人，碩士學歷，松鳳堂堂主。
自幼酷愛書畫藝術，青少年時期，拜著名書畫家王老前輩鶴齡先生為師，學習書法及中國畫的基礎技法，后師從劉老前輩樓堡先生、蘇老前輩炳谷先生、賴老前輩少麟(即：少其)先生和趙老前輩樸初大師學習書畫;作品曾先后在江蘇無錫、深圳、香港和臺灣地區展出;無錫市都市資訊、上海資訊網、海峽書畫藝術網、深圳商報、寶安日報、央視網、人民網、朝聞天下、大眾網、鳳凰網、榮寶齋(中國書畫文化報)、香港美術報、香港藝術家報、中國書畫網、人民美術報、中國收藏網和中國書畫傳媒中心等50多家媒體報刊均有報道，很多作品均由文化部文化藝術人才中心主編、中央文獻出版社出版的《一代書畫大師》《70年七大家》、中國藝術博覽雜志社出版的《走近藝術大師》、中國文聯出版社《世紀輝煌》、中國文化出版社《名家名作》和中國企業報道——中企報盟信息科研院出版的“盛世中國”書畫界最具貢獻人物獻禮建國65周年和中國商貿等刊物及雜志所收錄，部分書畫作品在臺灣林氏、新加坡曾氏、澳大利亞華人朱升榮先生、旅美華人陳趙同先生等收藏家所收藏;作品《春之韻》己被人民大會堂收藏。
